when things go wrong – who do you blame? Most likely not you. You try to find an excuse to blame others. It is human nature. We got it from Adam who blamed Eve who then blamed the serpent.
Responsible people takes the blame.

Job’s three friends tried to put the blame on Job. They felt good because in one of those rare days they felt more righteous than their friend.
Humble leaders don’t take credit for the success – he points to his team.

Just curious. There are two type of leader. A leader who blames other when something goes wrong and a leader who blames himself when something goes wrong.
Question: For leadership Type 2, When does that leader stop blaming himself? Or it will never reach that poiont?
