the common denominator of all leaders

is not talent
is not charisma
is not vision – oriented
is not results based

The common denominator of all leaders (good or bad) are followers.

If you are a leader and no one is following you – then you are just taking a walk?
Are you a leader?

Hi Pastor,to my mind, you can only have followers as a leader if you have a clear vision hindi ba? Credibility is the foundation of leadership. Ergo, people will not simply follow you,you need to be able to cast a vision for them.A vision that embraces the aspirations of the would-be followers – a clear picture of the should-be. People following someone without a vision is simply a crowd. And one who is being followed by a “crowd” is not necessarily a leader. Just thinking aloud. Godbless Pastor.

@ bhong – I know a lot of leaders who have followers. I know a lot of leaders hwo have no credibility. Just look at the election and some of the people who are put into power.
