Studies show that a lot of pastors quit after two years of ministry. Every year thousands of pastors quit every month and thousands of churches closes. Most of the time they have neglected to live out the principle that I am about to share.

Not pray – though prayer is good. I know many prayerful pastors who quit but I have never seen a pastor or a church leader who knows how to play quit in ministry.
