We can actually consider so many so-called "experts"--even products of the finest universities in our country-- who are out there keep stealing and keep cheating others. My question is: what's the point of producing more experts if we are not going to utilize our expertise towards reducing inequity (unfairness,injustice) in our society? Actually, what i wanted to say was we can’t just aim to become an “expert” and then qualify ourselves as best persons to solve easily problems.

We have been sucked in a world where everything needs to be fast, everything needs to be instant. 3 years is a good number though it is not a guarantee. Just dont entail yourself in reading and spending such backward-moving books that are based largely on other's past experiences. You just "go out there" and be creative! Learn with those who are already doing things their way and believe in your capacity to develop relevant ideas out of your own critical thinking to try doing things your way. You can be an “expert” in 3 months!
