Sundays: 10am, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. ( Kid’s church is not available on our 6pm service)

Wednesdays: 7pm

Tomorrow is a day we celebrate God’s goodness and faithfulness to us for the past 4 years. Who would have thought we would be where we are today? An 800 seating worship hall at the very heart of Greenhills. A state of the art facilities, great sound system and top of the line architectural design. As I was camping the past two days in our new center, my heart is filled with excitement and joy on what God is doing and about to do in our midst. It brought back so many memories of our growing pains the past 4 years.

- we existed with no office for the first 10 months.

- we literally hauled on and off all our equipments

- our kids church was kicked out off Mcdo two days prior to Sunday and we have to scramble for a place and this happened quite often.

- the aircon in Music Museum is malfunctioning and the best times it did was during the heat of summer.

- transporting our kids from Music Museum to Promenade.

- lack of volunteers and some of our people had to triple up for months.

- lack of singers and musicians.

In spite of all this, God was there and we experienced IT. I don’t know what IT is but we knew IT was there. The presence, the anointing, the hunger for more of God, the passion to volunteer, the vision for the city and the nation, the generosity.

Sometimes it seems things were not going as planned but God shows up. I’ve prayed to God that the spirit remains in our church and grow even more. That we would not need to depend on the latest stuff or a more fancy place. That we won’t lose our freshness and rawness when it comes to worshiping God and making disciples. That we won’t think a better facility means more of God. It boils down to our hearts.

We have been grounded by the gospel. We know that Christ did everything for us. We as a church have nothing to prove. We just go where God leads us. We know it is the anointing of God that produces results and not our works. We rely only upon His grace.

Prayer:

“Lord thank you very much for the privilege for partnering with us as a church. You deserve all honor, glory and praise. Apart from Christ we are nothing. Apart from Christ, we can never be the church. I pray that God you increase. All of you Jesus and none of us. Amen.”

Two more days to go and we are moving to our new worship center in VMALL. Services at 2pm, 4pm and 6pm.

Victory Greenhills will hold a three-day Prayer and Fasting activity from December 4 to 6, 2011, in preparation for our invasion of V-Mall this December. Please join us as we prepare ourselves for the harvest God is preparing for us to bring glory to His Name. Our fast culminates in a worship night on December 6. Spread the word!

Today we celebrate the birthday of a man I considered as a mentor, one of the greatest leader I have seen in action, and a man who truly loves God and walks the walk. In spite of his stature and influence in the greater body of Christ, I am amazed at the humility and leadership of Pastor Manny Carlos, who is the bishop of Victory Philippines. When I grow up, I want to be just like you!!!!

Thank you for imparting humility, the heart of prayer and servant leadership to the church. Happy Birthday Bishop!!!

Tomorrow is going to be a treat for everyone. Pastor Jeff Eliscupidez of Victory Fort is preaching in our 3 services as we continue our series “ALL IN” – a study on the book of Ephesians. Please invite your friends to come

Today is a very emotional day for me. I have been tired the past two weeks with activities left and right. This morning before going to church I had a terrible headache that cause me to feel really sick but at the same time I was so excited to go and visit our church at the Fort and see what was brewing at the 8am service.

The sight of an overcrowded room coming to worship God at 8am was overwheming.  Also coming back and seeing familiar faces of people who I’ve worshipped with prior to the church plant in Greenhills was also rewarding. Seeing also the youth leaders who I have worked with at the Fort 7 years ago- some of them already in college and others working pumped me up also to the max!!!

To be able to preach at the Fort also brought about memories of the past when I was starting in the ministry. The opportunity to speak once again to the church that believed in me and send me to plant a church in Greenhills was humbling. To see new faces and volunteers and those who are still volunteering with the same passion also warmth my heart. Hats off to all our pastoral team at Victory Fort and all the admins working there.

Had a late lunch at Greenhills with one of our youth leaders laying down his intention to be a campus missionary. We have been praying for new campus workers for our church in Greenhills. I love to see young men give their dreams for a bigger one as they minister full time to students.

Attended our 430pm service and was floored to see our kids church worship team with a children’s church choir lead the congregation to worship. There is something pure about kids leading the people to worship.

I have never seen more people cry in worship today in all of our church history. We felt the presence of God all over the place. Pastor Larry, Jun and Sally Gomez and all the kids church ministry volunteers thank you very much.

I could still remember dreaming of getting a big worship space for our kids. We truly believe in the next generation and to see what transpired today is all worth it. Our move to VMALL would feature a state of the art kids church worship hall – the first in the city of San Juan. I can’t wait for the building to start.

Pastor Jayson is a born preacher. Hearing him preach today gave me the assurance that I could take a vacation once in a while and have the church in good hands.

Lord, thank you for the privilege of serving you.

7000 young people packed in Cuneta Astrodome (yes that includes me and my wife). Just the mere sight of thousands of young people already made my heart skip a beat. From the worship to the preaching of the Word, you can sense something big is happening in our nation. Here are some of my notes during the conference:

Session 1: Joseph Bonifacio

- Don’t Go because the task ahead is daunting. No ordinary person can change the world.

- the Superhero fascination. People have been trying to copy the superhero because there is an innate desire for us to be great and to be used for extraordinary purposes.

- We ain’t superheroes. Jesus is. Superheroes come in a position of strength. Christians come in a position of weakness.

” When I am weak, He is strong”

- Don’t go…… unless you have the power of the Spirit in you.

Personal note: I can’t minister apart from Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.

Session 2: Coach Robert Gonzales

- when ask to be the speaker: ” Why me?” but deep inside ” YES!!! A chance to share my passion for Jesus to this generation.

- Mahal ka ni Lord!!!! Am I making sense? Actually when we experience the love of God, it doesn’t make sense. Why would he die for sinners like us.

- I love the authenticity of Pastor Robert when he preaches. You see his heart.

- The illustration about experiencing and knowing using anchors away is a winner!!!

- if people could do that to a burger, why can’t we give our best to Jesus!!!
